  • Manage your reservation;

  • Send you its newsletter for informational and marketing purposes; and/or manage its customer relations, particularly to better understand their needs in order to adapt its offer;

n accordance with the applicable regulations and in particular Regulation 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 known as the GDPR, the legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data for the above purposes is as follows:

  • with regard to the management of your reservation and related accounting: the execution of the contract to which you are a party (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and compliance with the legal obligations incumbent on the data controller (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR);

  • with regard to the Mont d’Arbois Luxury Resort newsletter and the management of its customer relations: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) and/or the company’s legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

You may at any time object to the processing of your data, in particular by withdrawing your consent if necessary. To do so, please send your request to the address below.

This data is kept for a period of time necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes mentioned above and in view of the current regulations and the legal obligations to keep certain contracts/data, namely:

  • 10 years from the date of reservation for the data collected and processed for the purpose of managing your reservation, in accordance with our legal obligations relating to the conservation of accounting documents; with the exception of your bank data, which will be kept only until the effective and complete payment of accommodations has been made. However, the credit card number and its expiration date may be kept for evidence purposes in case of a possible dispute of the transaction, in intermediary records, for the period provided for by Article L. 133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code, in this case 13 months following the debit date. This period may be extended to 15 months in order to allow for the possibility of using deferred debit payment cards.

    For security reasons, the visual cryptogram data recorded on your credit card will be kept only for the time necessary to complete each transaction.

  • 3 years for the data collected and processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter;

In the event of a complaint or dispute, the retention periods mentioned above may be extended in order to keep the data for the duration of the dispute.

Your data may, for only the purposes mentioned above, be transmitted to third-party service providers located in countries outside the European Union. Before doing so, Mont d’Arbois Luxury Resort will take all necessary measures and guarantees to secure this transfer.

In compliance with the legislation in force, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you, the right to the portability of this data and the right to limit processing. You also have the right to define guidelines for the handling of this data after your death.
