2. General Terms and Conditions of Website Use

These general terms and conditions of use apply to relations between the Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM (hereinafter “SFHM”) and any person using this website (hereinafter “User(s)”).

Any access and/or use of this website www.edmondderothschildheritage.com (hereinafter “Website”) implies the full, unconditional and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these general terms and conditions of use.

Access to the Website or its content, loading or downloading of this Website, or any other use of this Website and its content thereby binds the User to comply with these general conditions and all applicable legal provisions in force.

The User must bear the cost of connecting and installing the equipment allowing access to the Internet and use of the Website.

The purpose of the Website is to inform Users about the products and services offered by SFHM.

SFMH reserves the right to modify at any time the information and content of the Website, including these general conditions of use.   1. APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions of use are subject to French law.

Parties shall seek to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.

In the event of persistent disagreement and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute or litigation that may result from the validity, interpretation, implementation or termination of these general terms and conditions of use shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless otherwise provided by the law. This assignment of jurisdiction is valid notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims, even for emergency proceedings or protective proceedings in summary proceedings or by petition.

  1. CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS ON THE SITE

Each contest or promotional operation on the Website will have its own rules or conditions, separate from these Conditions and which will govern each of these promotions.

3. Règlement du Golf du Mont d’Arbois

La participation aux compétitions n’est pas une obligation.

L’engagement à l’une des compétitions exige un respect rigoureux des conditions suivantes :

  • Les joueurs auront la possibilité de choisir une des tranches horaires prédéfinies dans la limite des places disponibles dans chaque tranche, les départs se dérouleront par ordre croissant des index.
  • Aucune demande d’horaire de départ précis ne sera honorée.
  • Toute personne devra présenter une licence F.F.G de l’année en cours et un certificat médical ou pour les joueurs étrangers son historique d’index à jour.
  • Tenue correcte èxigée
  • Les compétiteurs doivent se présenter au starter au plus tard 5 minutes avant l’heure de départ de leur partie.
  • Un retard de moins de 5 minutes entraîne l’application de la pénalité de 2 coups.
  • Durant toutes les compétitions en double, les participants partent des repères jaunes et rouges.
  • Les inscriptions aux compétitions seront closes la veille à 10h00.
  • Tout désistement après la mise en ligne des heures de départs sur le site internet sera pénalisé par la remontée de son index ou l’interdiction de participer à la compétition officielle suivante.
  • Au-delà du samedi soir, toute absence sera pénalisée par l’interdiction de participer aux 2 compétitions officielles suivantes (à transposer par la veille et l’avant-veille pour les compétitions en semaine).
  • Toute partie dépassant le temps limite imparti par la Commission Sportive pour jouer les 18 trous sera pénalisée de 2 coups.
  • Lors de la remise des prix, en cas d’absence de la personne récompensée, son lot ne lui sera pas attribué. Pour les compétitions en équipe, l’équipe devra être représentée par au moins un de ses membres.

Attention

Le certificat médical est obligatoire pour la participation aux compétitions officielles du Club. Un handicap minimal de 36.5 est exigé.

La commission Sportive se réserve le droit de changer les dates des compétitions, de les supprimer ou d’en modifier les conditions.

N’oubliez pas que toute absence de dernière minute est une incorrection vis-à-vis des personnes devant jouer avec vous, du sponsor et peut perturber le bon déroulement de la compétition.
